Nopus is built on the principle that your personal context, workflows, and data belong to you. We design our systems to minimize data collection and give you full control over what is stored and where it lives.

2. Connected Accounts & Third-Party Services

You may choose to connect external services to Nopus. These Connected Services include, but are not limited to:

• Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
• Microsoft 365
• Slack
• Notion
• GitHub
• Dropbox
• WhatsApp
• Calendar providers
• Email providers
• Cloud storage providers
• Other productivity and business applications supported by Nopus

Nopus only accesses data after explicit user authorization and only requests the minimum permissions required for the features you enable.

3. What Data We Access

Depending on which Connected Services you link, Nopus may access:

• Email metadata and email content
• Calendar events
• Contacts
• Files and folders
• Documents and spreadsheets
• Notes
• Messages
• Tasks
• User profile information
• Metadata necessary to operate integrations

Google Workspace data is accessed only when you explicitly connect your Google account and grant the requested permissions.

4. Why We Access Connected Account Data

Connected account data is used solely to provide features you request, including:

• Personalizing your AI assistant
• Building contextual memory
• Searching your information
• Workflow automation
• Scheduling
• Drafting emails and documents
• File management
• Cross-service organization
• Executing user-authorized actions
• Providing intelligent recommendations

Data is never accessed for advertising, marketing, profiling, or unrelated purposes.

5. What We Store

Nopus may securely store only information necessary to provide the service, including:

• OAuth access and refresh tokens
• Integration configuration
• User-created memories
• User preferences
• AI personalization settings
• Metadata required to maintain connected services
• User-created workflows

6. What We Never Store

Nopus does not:

• Store passwords for connected services
• Collect data from services you have not connected
• Access information outside granted permissions
• Sell personal information
• Use customer Workspace or connected account data to train shared AI models
• Access connected accounts without explicit user authorization

7. Data Sharing

Nopus never sells user data. Nopus never shares user data with advertisers or data brokers. Data is shared only with infrastructure providers acting on Nopus's behalf to deliver requested services. AI providers process data only to fulfill your requests and are not permitted to use customer data to train their own models.

8. Security

Nopus protects connected account data using:

• Transport layer security (TLS/HTTPS)
• Access controls
• Secure OAuth authentication
• Continuous security best practices

9. Data Retention & Deletion

You can disconnect any connected account at any time, revoke OAuth permissions, delete individual memories or imported information, and permanently delete your Nopus account and associated data. Production data is deleted within a reasonable period unless legally required to retain it.

10. AI & Connected Account Data

Connected account data is used only to provide user-requested functionality and personalize that specific user's Nopus assistant. Nopus does not use Google Workspace or other connected account data to train shared or foundation AI models. Nopus does not sell or transfer connected account data for AI model training. Nopus adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, for Google Workspace data.

11. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights.

12. Account and Data Deletion

You can request full account deletion and removal of your personal data at any time. You may delete your data directly within the Nopus app, or you can connect with us at support@miror.id or call +91 9964900222. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe and confirm once completed.
